The Depths of RepressionI want to test my limits. I want to jump from a mountain just to feel the sensation of flight. I want to feel the wind cutting away my insecurities and shortcomings. I want to see the ground rushing towards me and feel a sigh in relief pass my lips.

Sleepy PhilosophyA penetrating crack rips my conscious from its slumber.
The night outside my window threatens to spill into my haven of light emanating from the small lantern beside my bed. In that hazy state between the sweet escape of sleep and a cold splash of what the prickling sensation of a conscience acknowledgment of life in your veins, I pull out this journal and begin to think of what it should mean to be alive.
To be exhilarated.
To be loved.
To feel the temptatious lick of the flames of passion engulf your waking and unconscious mentality.
To feel the blood-curdling sensation in your entir Sleepy Philosophy

2009 OAA CHAMPS! 2nd year running!

that was so much fun- thanks to all for coming whether you were with us in body or thoughts-much appreciated
we did pretty darn good, it was a lot closer than last year but oh well!

personally I did good--
50 free, :27.03 ARGH -.- THREE MILLISECONDS OFF OF MY GOAL TIME!!!
100 free, :59.something whoot!
200 free relay, er..not sure but we're the fastest! gold medals for our relay

400 free relay, 3:53 second by three seconds >< ergh, but my split was a 59. something lower than my individual so I gave my best

I'm so happy/sad/i don't know..oh my, I'll actually be able to have a life now...that'll be new

well, unless my new 200 free relay makes the state cut then its off to 3 more weeks of practice and to Holland for the State meet...
